Also been waiting on this thread for a while, thought I missed it. If this is the thread for it, I'm going with Hull for this week

Can you pick any team each week? Or after you pick them they are done?

Arsenal if we can pick any team each week
Everton if not

IIRC, You pick one team and that's it

If you pick the home team, they must win. If you pick the away team, they must at least draw. Hence my Hull City pick (they're at QPR this weekend)

There's also usually some funky mulligan rule, but you get the gist.

You pick one team. You can't pick them again. UNLESS we do matchday 1 as a mulligan week.

first week i mulligan week. if you get your pick right you get a free pass 1 week (with the stipulation that you have to pick, i.e. if you dont pick youre still out). if you dont pick mulligan week you can pick the rest of the weeks just without the comfort of a mulligan.

also i think you can use the team you pick mulligan week again in later rounds but im not 100% sure about that.

That all sounds right. Doesn't chalmetteowl usually set it up?

Someone else is going to have to set it up. This is not an official thread.

We need you. New guy doesn't post the matchups or believe in mulligans.

OP is about to edit the thread to ask "Who will win finish on top of the Premier League this year?"

Thread is littered with "1. Spurs"
