Best headlight shield cleaner?

Headlight shields dull what's best way to clean them?

I had a Meguiars (sp) kit that did well. After that, it would be a good idea to wax them every so often.

Tootpaste applied with a damp cloth, wiped off with a clean damp cloth

1200 grit sandpaper, compound with wool pad on a rotary buffer....

Compound and a buffer. Even your hand with a waxing pad will work

Meguiar's M101 or M105 with a orange pad and a dual action polisher. If the oxidation is really deep, you'll need to wet sand as someone mentioned earlier.



If you don't have one, you can do it by hand. It will definitely be more difficult though.
