So I know everyone thinks our strategy is best and I agree, I'm just trying to mitigate some of the unforeseen variables that screw us without any errors on our parts. I would be willing to give something like this a try next time Bonnie doesn't have her magic flowing:
This strategy involves only damaging Crota in the middle.
After we kill all the enemies in the crystal room and make orbs by killing the Knights with supers, we all exit from the left/right side at the same time. Titan runs to the normal “bubble spot” on the left or right side, whichever side Mystery wants to run the sword on. Titan then starts shooting at the Boomers with primary, while everyone gets to the center ledge and begins to kill the sword bearer.
As soon as Titan sees the projectiles from the Boomers flying towards him, He pops bubble and stays in it. Boomers just keep shooting at the Titan and leave Mystery alone.
If needed, Titan jumps up and fires a rocket to kill the sword bearer, and he always jumps up and fires a rocket at Crota when we're taking his shield down.
When we take his shield down once, Mystery gets sword hits, then take his shield down again, that is when the Titan leaves. Titan leaves bubble and team heads for the crystal room, as well as sword carrier. (round 1 of damage is over)
Crota will move to right side. There, we hangout in crystal room till Crota moves back to middle, Titan picks up the orbs we made earlier to regen bubble, and we repeat middle damage strategy. (round 2 of damage)
Ogre round begins, we head to the bottom right ogre room, take care of ogres, then head back to ledge once Crota goes middle. Repeat same strategy for round 3 damage and that should kill him.
Essentially we are just trading out the place we damage Crota to the middle and the boom knights only worry about shooting titan who is inside his safe little bubble.
This mitigates issues from:
Boom knights killing us.
Rockets to the head or wall.
Crota aggroing those in the bubble and sword killing us.
Maybe even him standing too early/escape issues.
Unknowns:
Will the Titan consistently keep Boom knight aggro?

It seems as if a lot of people are dealing with the thralls coming completely through the invisible wall to get to you on the ledge on the final round. Some people seem to think it's when he gets engraged. I know it happened to us at some point a few times when we were trying the middle strategy and when I tried running it with randoms the other day. That alone actually fricked up an entire run where people couldn't get rockets off to take down Crota one final time before being killed by the thralls.
I'm certainly down to try anything, but keep that in mind as a variable, as well.

I have done this method as a titan. As long as I stood in the shield I kept agro. Thralls would occasionally come toward my bubble. So have the titan ready for an occasional thrall.
