had to deal with FedEx for something once where the driver claimed to have dropped it off, but I knew for a fact he didn't. They were dicks about it

fedex will just drop off shite at the back door of businesses all the time. They've done that shite to me. With very expensive items as well.
Thank God nothing has happened to those items. Yet.

This happens a lot with the major carriers. It's incredibly stupid seeing as how shipments have tracking numbers and it would be fairly easy to identify which routes those packages were on.

Did you guys know that the entire company is being charged with trafficking illegal drugs?

It says more about our government than FedEx IMO.

How do they think they won't eventually get caught? Stuff has tracking numbers from the origin point...it's all very traceable. Dumb

This guy got my company laptop. The local FedEx people sucked, the corporate people were ok. It took me yelling at some Indian guy from Dell to get a new one.

I've had 2 different items I ordered in the last year never make it to my house. I tracked both to BR and then they just disappeared. Luckily both of the companies credited my account, but I wonder if this guy was involved. One of the items was something I could not order again. I wouldn't mind actually getting it.

Dell had to send me a new one. It still took a while to get it in though.

Use UPS.

When you ship, make sure you declare the value of the item shipped and round up.
