Why the love?

Dude's ADP is rising every day?

For what?

He's got mad skilz.

QB situation sucks, but he doen't need a ton of catches to make something happen. Plus, they will try to get him the ball in creative ways. Think Percy Harvin without the injury history.

The calculator's ADP has him at 4.09 (19th WR). May be a little early for my taste, but could be awesome.

ETA: I say that's too early, but I took him at 5.02 (21st WR) in the Regular's league.

Saw the same shite with Dez Bryant and DT88 going into his 3rd year

They flash that kind of potential then you have to be ahead of the curve when it comes to getting a stud before other people

That would be a WR2 in my league, I think I would take that risk.

Bandits, how can you be slobbering all over Ellington but not understand the love for Patterson?

you are a dense MFer

Measurables to be a top flight WR, obviously

6'2"
220
4.4 40
37" vert

Dude is huge and a freak athlete in the Dez, DT88, Josh Gordon, Julio Jones mold

He put up damn near identical numbers (45-469-4) in 16 games as Dez did in 12 (45-561-6) during his rookie season.

Say he makes the similar year two jump as Dez and goes to 60-800-8. That'll put him at 190 pts which would have been around 30th WR in PPR leagues last year.

This year the ADP for 30th WR is mid-6th rd pick. Patterson's ADP is in mid 4th.

There's no value there. He'd have to double his production in year 2 (90-820-8--220 PPR pts) to justify the 4th rd price tag.

I hear ya. He's a threat to take it the distance every time he touches it. The only thing I was trying to say was there are so many dudes at this level with similar measurables that just doesn't translate to the field for one reason or another.

I think 3 of the 6 TDS you referred to came via the rush. If they figure a way to get him the ball more he'll be a nice pick. Not sure of a 4th round pick tho.

yea, 35, 33, and 50 yard runs. How many WRs do you see doing that?

105 & 109 kickoff return TDs.

79 yard TD catch
