My wife is using an app on my 14 yr old sons phone to spy on him.

My mobile watchdog app. She can see pics txts and his activity on his phone without him knowing. My question is this...he received a pic from an under aged girl that was "questionable" in content. Can she get in trouble for receiving the pic to her phone?
