I'm I the only one who was over excited, and stayed up till 12:00am this morning waiting for the launch? Waited around till 1:01 am before I decided to look it up an found out it doesn't launch until 6:00pm today. Well it doesn't take long for them to start playing the best of Alabama games!

Not sure I understand this unless you aren't a fan of SEC football. There are going to be some good football games on the SEC Network.

And before you say it, no I am not talking about LSU vs Sam Houston State.

I may be home for 3 saturdays a season and id rather watch a good game than the sec game that gets relegated to the sec network.

That's very true for season ticket holders.

That's what I'm saying though. It won't be all shitty games. The first game of the year on it is South Carolina vs A&M. I would call that a decent game to watch. Although I'm not 100% sure that won't be the only good game they play all year since only the first 4 weeks of the schedule are out right now.

Of course it's a good game but it would have just been on espn last year. it's not like the creation of the network allowed us to watch that game.

For sure it will be great to have during basketball and baseball season.

I mean the football games would have been broadcast on a different channel anyway, but still, I'm glad I have the network to watch the games that will be put on it.

But ya'll are right that many more baseball and basketball games will now be watchable because of hits.

I have mixed feelings. The SEC in the last few years has seemed a bit too Bama focused for my taste. I am hopeful but skeptical.
