Tugboat Captain Killed in the accident

That company is having a bad string of luck.

Did anybody cross the Florida Ave. bridge on their way to work this morning?

crosses what i believe is the industrial canal back in the back in the almonaster area... sort of behind poland ave. back way of getting from nola to da parish .

ETA: unless there's a one in BR... guess the nola one wouldn't be news here.

The boat has a crows nest, so it likely struck the crows nest and knocked it off the top of the boat into the water.
