Also get 1 point per 15 kick return yards and 1 per 10 punt yards.

I know the conventional thinking is Watkins but damn Cooks looks good and hes with an elite qb

If you feel good about cooks what do you think is the best round to draft him?

Cooks over Watkins

I just don't see Watkins doing any better than 600 yds 4 TDs. They pound the ball in the red zone and have EJ Manuel as QB

I took over a team in a dynasty and have the first pick. It'll be one of these two

I am probably one if the biggest Cooks lovers out there. I see positives and negatives for both.

Cooks has Brees, BUT Drew has JG and spreads the ball around.

Watkins has Manuel, BUT there isn't any competition for targets.

If Drew finds a way to target Cooks multiple times a game I think that helps his value, but like any Saints player in fantasy it could be hit or miss.

Cooks because of the kick/return yardage. Otherwise I would say Mike Evans.

Cooks to me, is the easy choice. Sure, Brees spreads the ball around but if you're a play maker, Brees will get you the ball no matter what. You can also expect end arounds, reverses and so on for Cooks.

With Watkins, like someone else said above, I just don't trust EJ Manuel right now. I agree that Sammy Watkins is the better talent but the Saints will get Cooks much more touches imo.

As for Evans, don't like the OL (or rather the lack of one) in Tampa Bay. Plus I feel like McCown will come screaming back down to earth this season.

Watkins has a ton of competition for targets.

And he has a 6'5 QB that can't throw over the line
