the draft happens after the window closes. I don't believe we get another roster spot. This go around, I'm pretty sure you must drop a player if you want to take a player that's transferred in.

I am still missing scores from WSE in weeks 21 and 22 while I am also missing week 22 scores from BPG and Tigerstark.

I just started a job, so I might be a little slower than I have been as commish, but I should catch up on things in the evenings.

This is correct. The draft order is reverse standings upon the closing of the transfer window. If you lose a player to outside the Premier League, then you jump to the top. I will take care of tiebreakers (sorted by descending draft pick and then by total points if they were a free agent pickup).

If there is not a player you want to add, then you can just pass. You could also use the pick just make a normal transfer if you wish. Rosters remain at 16 players.
