I've noticed since day 1. Is it diabetes?

I don't see how anyone can be that fat, but especially someone who works around athletes who are ripped to shreds and have constant access to state of the art fitness equipment.

If you don't treat it, they have to amputate.

Diabetes degrades the circulatory system, restricting healthy blood flow to the extremities. Diabetics with poor control are susceptible to infections and protracted healing times for wounds. That can often lead to amputation.

So, in the case of Rob Ryan, we can safely rule out diabeetus.

I'm assuming he competed in a shin-kicking tourney during the offseason.

Or practicing Muay Thai on some palm trees. Some sort of martial arts type injury is most likely.

Or it's just diabeetus.
