Landscape Company Recommendation in BR

Need to have someone come out and give a bid on a residential yard renovation.

Looking for someone who will trim/clean up everything(beds, around bushes, etc.) and will tear up all of the old grass (Zoysia) and go back with centipede(perferably seed over sod). Probably add some lighting in the front and back yards as well. Probably going to need a crew of mexicans to do all of the cleaning. House is on a half acre lot, house under roof is ~3000 sq. ft.
