2015 Recruit Brandon Sampson cuts his list to 6

SAMPSON HAS A TOP SIX
Brandon Sampson, a 6-foot-4, 175-pound shooting guard from Baton Rouge (LA) Madison, has a top six of Cal, LSU, Oklahoma State, St. John’s, UCLA and Texas A&M, his high school coach, Jeff Jones, confirmed to SNY.tv.
USC is no longer in the mix.
SNY.tv reported in April that Sampson planned to visit St. John’s.

I think we are in good shape cause I don't see no threat except for UCLA which we should beat out cause they gone recruit the west coast hard. I know we have to watch Butch Pierre also cause known to steal a top guard out of Louisiana (Markel Brown). I already said this is a must get for us because we have to keep our top in state players home.

Honestly, Cal may be a threat too. Cuonzo's recruited Brandon pretty hard recently.

st johns has recruited louisiana (see gathers' recruitment), ok state has butch, a&m kennedy
still think it comes down to LSU and ucla but i like our chances. jones was helpful in jarrel's recruitment.
