Rewatching the series for the first time in a few years right now.

Gotta be My Screw Up, right?

Honorable mention:
My Cold Shower
My Long Goodbye
My Lunch/My Fallen Idol

Yes, My Screw Up and My Finale. I feel My Lunch is overrated just because it's different from most episodes.

I consider My Lunch and My Fallen Idol as one ep.

The ones with the rabies patients (two-parter?). And the one with Jordan's brother.

I'm sure those have been mentioned but I'm not sure of the episode titles. What a fantastic fricking show Scrubs was..

He's in 3 episodes but I'm gonna assume you mean the one he dies. In that case My Screw Up

Not sure of the name but the one where Brendan Fraser dies is great. You don't see that twist coming until the end and if you go back and watch it after seeing that twist the first time you realize that he died at some point in the episode and no one but Dr. Cox is interacting with him (because he sees him when he actually isn't there of course)

Scrubs could get super goofy sometimes but damn they could really pull of serious when they wanted to (My Fallen Idol being another great example)

I liked the musical one and the sitcom one.

But My Finale is the best for anyone who watched the series regularly.

Which ever one it is when JD bangs Dr. Cox's wife before he realizes who she is and he meets Dr. Cox's old protege who he thinks is awesome and cant figure out why Perry hates him then finds out its because he banged his wife while they were still married.

I liked the one where the story was told from Dr. Kelso's perspective. I liked how they explored his character in that one. Plus, it was the first episode I actually watched as it aired after catching up on the series.

The one with the acoustic overkill song in it was great I thought.

Loretta dying was a tear jerker

The finale of course.
