Snowden probably posted the pics. I'm sure he would have no problem with using the intelligence he has on those laptops to accomplish any goal he deemed to have a worthy end. He's no better than the NSA thugs he is crusading against.

The NSA probably got them in the first place and Snowden obtained them when he lifted the laptops now still in his possession. (Either that or Snowden has a friend or two still on the inside) I have no doubt the Russian authorities give him whatever communications (phone, internert) he needs to continue his crusade. He is effectively a Russian agent at this point.
