I lease about 600 acres in Wesson Ms. The turkey population is very good. Only problem is Turkey season is my busy time for work and I can not get out there to hunt. I am thinking about leasing out the property for turkey season only. Has anybody ever done this with their lease? Looking for input to see if this is something I want to do this year and what stipulations I should put in a contract if I want to go this route? Thoughts?

If this were a little closer to Meridian, I would be very interested. Unfortunately, a little too far to travel.

You should contact a lawyer.

I think there's one around here somewhere.

Do it. You don't won't those damn turkeys eating all of your deer food. Email me a map and a price, I'll find a good person to lease it from you.

I'm definitely interested. I am an attorney in Madison but only have property 3+ hours away. Wesson would be perfect for turkey season.

Do you have an email that I can contact you at?
