Anyone have opinions of Sunrise Homes? Haven't heard of them before so I wanted to see if anyone had experiences with them

I believe that's who built Pen Mill Lakes. Huge houses for a low price. Think they are prefab walls and such though.

Not about to...about 8 months out from buying, but really like the location of Tuscany West.

We just developed Hidden Creek off 1085. Go check it out.

We are the developer, so didn't do the houses. But the builders we chose are very high quality, and less cookie cutter/more custom than Sunrise or DR

Just moved in my DSLD built home a week ago. Nothing but great things to say about them so far. Their inspection check list was very impressive. There are quite a few DSLD neighborhoods in Madisonville and Covington.

More shitty houses for what used to be a very pretty area.

Did you buy house that was already built or did you pick from the options that DSLD allows?

Are they a spinoff of DSLD? I was looking at their site for Pine Creek in Madisonville. They have both the Sunrise flags and DSLD at the entrance.

Don't think anyone commented on an opinion about Sunrise homes. Anyone familiar with them?

They had the subdivision behind mine a few years back, the houses pretty much came in on 18 wheelers pre fabbed out, just looking from the street you could see the shitty craftsmanship, they were appealing to the crowd that wanted a big house for a super low per sq foot price and did not mind sacrificing quality. Maybe things have changed this was about 9 years ago
