KBB, NADA, or Edmunds

Which one do yall use or find most accurate? How do they calculate the values?
For my truck, NADA and Edmunds are within $1000 of each other, but KBB is $10,000 less. What gives with that shite? I personally find Edmund's the most accurate, but people always want to use the blue book value. Every time I have been to a dealership, they break out the NADA book.
When I set the price for my truck, I averaged the three and also looked at comps in the entire Southeast. I advertised mine at the lower end of the spectrum. Dudes want to come at me with the KBB price and think they are justified
ETA: I am talking about private party values, not trade-in

No they don't. Dealers don't use any of the things regular consumers have access to.

For a trade-in, you won't generally get close to book (depending on what you do on the buy side).
IOW, if you pay full MSRP for the new vehicle, you'll probably get full book for the trade.
Most dealers go by current auction reports to put a number on your trade and then deduct for reconditioning.

I have seen multiple dealership managers break out the little yellow NADA book right in front of me before making an offer
Example of my truck:
NADA = $25,875
Edmund's = $27,341
KBB = $18,221
While not $10k, that is a huge discrepancy in the value. I would say that the average list price around me is between $24k and $27k, so the average sale price is probably around $23k. I have mine listed at $22k, and people are hitting me with $17,000 offers
