sorry if I am repeating a earlier topic but what are the pros and cons of this service

I had a free trial earlier this year and found two pros:
- LinkedIn's algorithm that looked at your background and indicated that you were X% more qualified than the current applicants.
- Ability to message people who you were not connected to about jobs.

I did free trial and forgot to cancel. So I paid about $30 for the only pro I found - being able to see who looks at your profile.

More visibility to your network (3rd connections) and the ability to inmail people you are not connected to.

I have it but I just expense it to the co. Comes in handy researching contacts at other companies etc.

Yeah, if your company will foot the bill, theres no reason not to have it.
