I've got some really nice AJ slabs in my freezer. What's the OBs favorite way to cook them?


No I don't feel like asking the FDB. I'd rather get recipes from those who catch the fish they eat. And that's no slight to the FDB

I sprinkle alil tonys and sum type of greek seasoning on mine then grill it. Ill find the name of that seasoning for you.... Ill slap my wife in the mouth for a plate of that right now.

Mix olive oil and Tonys with a little lemon juice. Brush over filets, grill. Brush a couple times while grilling

I like them blackened also. Don't forget about that as an option.

Some of the best aj I ever had was fried right after we fileted it. shite was killah

I like them grilled and then on a sandwich. Make a smoked tomato tartar sauce and get some kaiser rolls.
