I would think so. I need new tactics to deal with solictors.

I'm going with illegal inasmuch as you can be charged with indecent exposure if you are seen nude inside your home through an open window ( no curtains).

My dog goes nuts for them, as they are usually AA and she doesn't see many of them.
Also I stay away from the door so the dog gets gets louder and louder.
I tell them crazy stuff, when I do answer. Like I'm a satanists or something.
I was doing a job for a customer once and he tried talking to me about their cult.
I just left, and didn't return.

Of course if the OP opens the door in the nude and a Girl Scout is trying to sell him cookies, he's in a fair amount of trouble. Less so I'd assume if it's an alarm salesman making a call.
