Rumor: New PS4 User Interface Update Coming

Some pictures came out earlier showing some changes to the UI in 1.75 update scheduled to come out soon.
It'll allow you organize your games/apps in folders as shown below:
Also shown is changes to notifications while in-game. You'll be able to accept invites + look at trophies with just a sidebar rather than a new menu:

That article is dated in April. I know they are planning to do it, they are just taking forever. shuhei has said it's on the list but not the highest priority.

I know it's an old article, but the article also said it was going to be after 1.7 (which hit last week or so?). If this is 1.75, I imagine something like that would be in 1.8.
