Who is your neighbor you dislike the most?

Never had any problems at my old house, just one guy that would leave his pit bull in his front yard while he was at work. Didn't really bother me, just felt bad for the dog being out in the heat all day.
My current neighbor across the hall from me is annoying as frick. Has birds that are always making noise at 6 in the morning. They always leave their door open, which doesn't bother me, but she got pissed when my dog tried to walk in. She has cats and birds in her living room and leaves the door open, what does she expect? The latest thing they started doing is leaving all their trash in the community bin in the hall because they're too lazy to bring it to the dumpster
Overall, though, I have to say I've been fortunate to have always had pretty cool neighbors.
What are some of the OTs neighbor stories?

The only complaint I have is one neighbor who cuts my grass for me sometimes. He scalps the shite out of it.

It's a tossup between the guy who "relocated" the raccoons I was feeding by hand out my back window and the MILF across the street who was having an affair with the next door neighbor while sending nudes to my teenage kid who was best friends with her son and used to be the boyfriend of her daughter who later turned lesbian. Sorry for the run-on.
ETA- The MILF was also friends with my little sister and used to sleep over at our house back in the day when her mom was a hot coked out whore.

I live in an apartment, 2nd floor. Lady that lives on the first floor has a 2 year old kid that screams non fricking stop. Lady is cook, kid sucks. Also, she has guy friends over every so often and can hear that shite going on. It's not pleasant.
