It's not new lighting. The north endzone screen was on and they had a solid purple background

I'm gonna be a bit of a debbie downer. They just have the screen in the north endzone on and set to a solid purple color with the lights out.

All the lighting work they've done at TigerStadium is top notch and has truly made Tiger Stadium pretty much over-the-top amazing. I approve.

We drove in from Houston last night and the stadium looked incredible from the bridge! It wasn't the purple lighting effect but the light bars on the new addition that look awesome! My 14 year old son said Dad I wish the Bama game was this weekend.

Its going to be pretty tough for the players to see well in the new lighting. On the other hand, If we wear an all purple uniform, we could blend in with the field like Boise when they wear all blue at home.
