OB golf outing this weekend

Wife and kids are taking off in the morning for the weekend. I have 0.5 days of house/yard/real occupational work to do over the weekend. One OBer coming over tomorrow to cut bamboo to make push piles for his 46' yacht, but other than that pretty free on time. Thinking about playing golf. Anyone looking for another man for Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning?

I drive there 5 days during the week, I prefer to go the other way on the weekends as well.

Is Gemstone and that goddamm island green within your range of approved courses? I always liked playing there, but haven't been in years.

yep. I haven't been in a couple years, but the greens were always really nice. Course is set up to score well if you are playing well. I usually play terrible, so I like to just tell people how fun the course is.

Some place near Gonzales. May have Magnolia in it. My oldest sister's MIL is also there, so it makes it better for that part of the family.
