The Gloaming - "Opening Set"

It starts off slow but gradually builds to a frenetic pace. I heard them say in an interview that it sounds a little bit different each time they play it. I like this version a little better.

Does Blackmore's Night count?

It's Richie Blackmore's (of Deep Purple fame) Celtic band. I believe most of their live performances are on the lawns of castles throughout Europe.
