I have really enjoyed watching Avery Peterson block during individual drills. He seems to have to toughness of a Jarvis Landry. I hope he continues to come on for the Tigers.

He's been under the radar on this board but seems like a guy the coaches will play.

Crazy to think that hes only entering his RsFr season. Going to be nice watching him the next cfew years

For a RsFr, hes pretty old though. Born in '92...most of LSU's graduates this year were born in 92 haha

He is a redshirt freshman that is also draft eligible after this season (not that that matters).

pump the brakes.

Jarvis was one of our best ever. Let's let Avery play one single second before we start comparing him to Jarvis.

Dream on. LSU will be lucky if Avery develops into half the WR Landry was.

Saw it in the 80's. Eric Martin went on to the Pro Bowl, too.

I think he means Avery is taking the same route as Jarvis did early on in his career by being that hard hitting (and contributing) guy we will see wreak havoc in special teams his Fr and So year, then potentially developing into that solid possession receivers.
