It led to a playoff system, the same way that the four corners offense in basketball led to a shot clock. Only thing I can think of.

Who gives a shite? It's the SEC network not the LSU network. Our losses are great wins for those teams we lost to.
I'm pretty excited that they are replaying some of the greatest wins in LSU football history. DVR will be busy August 24th.

Since they're showing a day of wins for each school, most of our losses are shown because it was a great win for the featured school. The exception is the Mulligan Bowl, but that's in a marathon of BCS champs from the SEC.

this. there is one game pre-year 2000 on that list. I would've hoped Florida v. LSU '97 would've make the "classic" game reel... how are they defining classic anyways because as previously stated, the mulligan bowl is not fricking classic! it was an embarrassment of the system and a slap in the face to one teams incredible efforts to remain undefeated.
