People these days seem to underestimate how much money guys make.

George probably had this in the works before his injury, as I'm assuming this was built to his customization. He might have started the process anywhere from a year to 3 months ago, depending on the dealer. If he wanted it customized in any way, he probably would have gone on a waiting list after his dealer got him a build slot. Though without evidence we can also assume he just strolled into the dealership and bought a model they had in stock, though I don't tend to find that situation believable.
