I'm from south Louisiana, went to La Tech, and now live in Baton Rouge. I can tell you one thing, Baton Rouge is a trashball compared to Ruston. I never got robbed or had to draw a gun at anytime when I lived in Ruston. I can't say the same for Baton Rouge. BR is the shittiest place I have ever lived and I live in a decent part of town ( Santa Maria).
