How many checking/savings accounts do you have?

3. I opened two new ones this year, on top of my only one from Regions. One from chase ($250 incentive) for Christmas, and one from Barclay (.9% savings account) for vacations. It has helped alot, and hope it makes the holidays easier. I've been able to save for an extra unplanned trip in September. It keeps my main checking lower so my wife doesn't think she has as much money to blow.
I was thinking about getting another one for my largest bills, so my checking wouldn't fluctuate so much. It might be better to just have a casual spending account that no bills come out of.

Two Checking
One with Chase for Mortgage Cash Back and Bonus points on my Chase Freedom
One with USAA where payroll deposits
A bunch of savings accounts for goal tracking with Mint, which then roll into the higher APY Savings account for intermediate length savings goals that I can't put in the market.
Then my Taxable Savings Account with Vanguard, Emergency in ROTH.

I have two checking accounts, we have a joint checking account, and my wife has a checking account. We also each have our own savings accounts.
I have two checking accounts because I have a primary one and a Capitol One 360 one for a few niche uses (like international atms and transferring money to other 360 accounts)

Two checking, two savings, one "business" checking. Everything is shared between my wife and I except the business which is really just a regular checking account used to pay my business expenses that get reimbursed.

Two checking, two savings.
Checking 1) Everyday checking
Checking 2) Clearinghouse checking account for my automatic investments every paycheck. In the event cash flow dries up, I don't want automatic investments draining my day-to-day living money in case I screw up and forget to turn them off. Since there's a limit on the number of automatic pre-authorized withdrawals in a month on savings account, I went with a second checking account to fund those investments out of so I only need to make one transfer into that account to fund everything.
Savings 1) A relatively small amount instantly available for withdrawal or transfer to checking
Savings 2) Main savings account that draws interest for the majority of my savings that I don't want to risk on investments or tie up in things like CDs, but can wait a couple of days if I need to access it.

Ah nice! my mortgage is thru chase, I didn't know about that.
I use mint too, the goals feature is one that got me wanting to open up more accounts.

You may not be eligible. Its only available if you sign up for autopayments within 60 days of your mortgage...supposedly.
I was torn if I'd accept the offer because I dislike auto payments, but I can cancel any time so what the hell.

Two for me (chex/savings), two for us/household (chex/savings), one Access360 for emerg cash...plus his (multi) various business accounts. So at least eight or ten...
