I love all the HD remakes 
Obviously Halo(I'm more excited for this than any new games being released) but Resident Evil as well. I never actually played the original as my cousin had a PS, but whenever we went over there he and my brother would always play while forcing me to watch. For whatever reason, back then I didn't care that I wasn't playing and was happy to watch them get owned by zombies and zombie dogs.
Pretty excited to get to play it now(and with updated graphics no less).

I think it is criticizing the lack of games outside of indie games and remasters, whether or not you agree.

That idea is based on the notion that they would have more AAA games if they weren't doing these which I don't really believe.

I believe they would have more in some small way or another, but maybe not significantly more.
I do think there is less pressure or "push" for some developers when there are more games coming out from other developers.

They'll stop being released when people stop buying them. People complain, but still keep buying it.
