Baker Councilman caught on tape eating a Little Debbie

and stuffing the wrapper in his front pocket before getting to the cashier and not telling the cashier about it.
The cashier challenged him on it and the councilman pulled his councilman card and asked the cashier if he knew who he was?
That cashier said frick that and called the cops.
Do you think the cashier should have let him get away with it?
I just saw this on WAFB news.

I searched. It was on the 10:00 news. I couldn't find the story online yet.
