The Lt. Governor in in charge of the Department of Tourism, and not much else. It's a fitting role. He sells the state to investors and tourists. We are a crazy state. He is a crazy dude.

Perfect job for Kip. Dude is extremely competent and doesn't say stupid shite like his colleagues from NBR. On top of that he is entertaining and not shy. He would probably represent our state well.

Where Kip has succeeded in BR with his Mayoral duties is in the recruitment of businesses and events to this city. He isn't as good on the policy and management side, which makes the Lt. Gov position an even better fit than the Mayor, IMO.
He's the consummate sales-person for BR and the State and is always confident in those efforts.
