Your fellow Progressive Liberals of the US Democrat Party are increasingly anti-Israel. They are incrementally shifting their support towards the Palestinian view.
The same thing goes for the US and international Left.
Do these facts deserve some friendly and thoughtful consideration and discussion?

my jewish classmates at Tulane were fiscally conservative...they were pissed that disgraced chick from the EPA was speaking at our graduation.

This is categorically a stupid thing to say and to insinuate.
It is fear-mongrels like you that don't need to be heard from on sensitive subjects like these.
AND, you are a coward.
Why not just come out and say what you think? Tell them based on your twisted logic, that all Jews are at risk of another genocidal attempt on their ethnicity, this time by America.
Very sad, obscene, and insensitive statement to make. Sow your seeds of hate and discord elsewhere.

Add to this, American Jews will continue to donate the Democrat party at massive rates.
Get this, congress overwhelmingly passes funding for Israel's Iron Dome. So overwhelmingly that it's veto proof. Now, if the Iron Dome funding project were funded with a simple majority Obama would veto it in a second. But since it's veto proof Obama will either sign the bill or let it sit and it will automatically become law after 30 or so days. The point is, Obama can say he's for the state of Israel by claiming support for the Iron Dome when it is clear as day he hates Israel but the American Jew will continue to donate to the party that wants to see them destroyed. Stockholm Syndrome is real.

Well, GumboPot, if the US Congress passes a veto proof funding bill for Israel's Iron Dome, I'd say that this is a strong move of support for Israel that both Repubs and Democrats support.
So, American Jews can take some solace in that.
I am sensing, however, that times might be changing.
The Left is increasingly anti-Israel and anti-Jewish all across the world, IMHO. Perhaps I'm wrong.

I personally know many pro-Israel "Zionist" Jews who are still capable of being critical of the Israeli government while not considering themselves anti-Israel. I'm strongly pro-Israel and I have serious reservations about their current tack.
All you guys do is bitch about our government. Do you hate America?

You're not wrong. Jew hate is spreading and spreading quick.
The White House is totally sympathetic to the Hamas cause. And let's not beat around the bush in defining that cause. It's total elimination of the state of Israel and the Jewish people.
It's easy to see the source of the Hamassian sympathies from the White House. It's coming from that Iranian Valerie Jarrett and our Muslim raised president.
