Carolina Panther Fans Unite: Let's Discuss Upcoming Season

This is a safe place for non-Saint and Falcon fans to discuss the upcoming Panthers season and our chances of repeating as division champs which I think are fairly decent should two areas be addressed
1. Offensive line. Byron Bell. Not much else needs to be said does it?
2. Secondary. Seems like they are essentially trying to piece the secondary together with undrafted free agents and aging veterans
I don't think that Carolina will regress as much as people expect them too. I also don't think the Saints and Falcons have improved as much as people believe. My biggest concern is will the Bucs play spoiler to everyone's season and be the surprise team of 2014

Your offensive line is going to be awful and Scam will be running for his life and then hanging his towel over his head in shame

This thread should be good.

Tell me what have the Saints done that make them so much better this year than last year? They're loaded down with Brees's contract just like the Panthers are struggling against the salary cap due to the Hurney contract and have been unable to make significant roster upgrades

Life long Panthers fan checking in. Cam is going to shake off he haters. Yes, he might not throw the most accurate pass. Yes, he might get confused reading coverages. Yes, he might shut it down when his team is getting blown out. Yes, he won the division by passing for career lows and having his defense play out of their minds, but come on, he's got swag.

The offense looks to be a one man show and the team will likely regress to about a 9 win team because of the lack of weapons on offense and the mediocre o line.
Front 7 on d will be fantastic. The secondary will look average to above average thanks to the front 7.

Brees gets paid less per year than Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco...He makes 2M more per year than Cutler, Romo, and Stafford

Cam does have this guy to throw to now
From what I've heard Benjamin has been a beast in practice and I don't anticipate the Saints or Falcons have the defense to contain him. If nothing else he's going to free up the other WR's to make plays.

Via @panthergf, a great shot of Benjamin over White from yesterday

All your hurt draft picks are belong to us

Saints fan here, but I can be objective.
The Panthers' offense is going to be dreadful. The only real threat is Cam. Running backs are all meh. Wide receivers are non-existent. Their best receiving option is Greg Olsen.
The defense better step it up again this year if they want to make the playoffs.

Well he is going up against YOUR secondary.

What other wide receiver and will he have time to find them?
I think he will be running for his life too often.
