Beat Bama but go 9-3 overall. Losses to Wisky, Auburn, and A&M. Cap One/Peach/Gator bowl

Lose to Bama but run the table only for them to go undefeated. Rematch in playoff championship game. Take your chances on a 1-9-12 repeat.

ETA. Could you endure a repeat of 1-9-12 or play the safe route and take your victory in tiger stadium?

I want to embarrass alabama and get a classic Saban sideline temper tantrum. Option 2 is the choice though!

In your scenario this would not be a repeat...as LSU won the first game in 2011 and then lost the rematch.

BTW, what kind of an idiot would even suggest the first scenario is better?

Option 2.
It's always hard beating the same team twice in one season. Tigers would prevail in the championship game.

So would I rather be left out of the playoff, or play for the national championship? Easy answer is #2. The team that lost the first game has a big psychological edge in a rematch anyway, so I'd be excited for it. If we win, we finally lay the Mulligan Bowl to rest.

How about beat everyone and go 15-0, and beat bama twice along the way.

What happened to the "1,000 posts before you could start a thread rule"?

Should have been a option 3. Quit playing football and never losing to bama again.
