Do you take off your wedding band when you workout?

If so how do you pervent it from getting dinged and scratched? Mine has a nice knurl etched into it from a dumbbell.

I only wear it when we go out or for formal occasions. Otherwise its at home.

I leave it on when I work out... I do take it off for softball though, keep thinking it's going to come off when I take my glove off and get lost somewhere.

I'm not married, but I doubt I would ever take off my ring if I was... I don't think I'd ever really take it off.

I have Tungsten, but I still take it off. Just don't like it on when I work out.

I have a tungsten carbide also, but it hurts wearing it when I do pullups.
