Also, if any player is transferred into the EPL, then you cannot add them to the supplemental draft. They had to be available on draft day 1.
For example, if Yaya Toure moves to Manchester United, then he could be added (obviously he had to be available). However, if Edinson Cavani moved to Chelsea, then he would be picked in the supplemental draft.
