So...from what I can tell, left up are keepers for:
Leceister
QPR
Hull
Burnley
A real attractive bunch.
I liked my strategy of last year of taking my own GKs back-up that way I always had a GK that played, but that gives no flexibility for when you play the top teams. Though its more attractive since it be a 'Merican.
Anywaway, long ramble short -
Last Liverfool to be commited:
McGregor - GK for Hull (Though I'd really love to have Schmeichel for nostalgias sake).

Hull

Not now though, we will have a supplemental draft for new transfers once the window closes. - that's where you get your 16th player. It can be an existing epl player too doesn't have to be transfer that occurred since beginning of our draft.

This. For any waivers prior to the supplemental draft, you have to drop a player to make room for any adds to roster.
The supplemental draft happens AFTER close of the transfer window.

Rosters stay at 15 until the transfer window closes.
Free agency will open at 8:00 AM CST on Thursday morning. Rosters need to be posted before kickoff of the first game.
