Probably not. Some lease prices have been upped, and people have bailed.

For a mere $18K, you can get a pit on 15. I am sure that there are lots of people just chomping at the bit to drop that $$$$.

Hello Dodd
Theres little place on MS river called "DAVIS ISLAND" that I would look intoo if I was you. Once river get up and flood the cockleburr they have as many mallard as star in the sky.
I hear it is available and reasonobly priced. They say the other club members are just good old boys and have no problem with yuo dirt napping a few of their deer every season.
If you need help Im wealth of info so just holler

The best duck leases are the ones that have never been "on the market"

I would reach out to anyone out on 15 outside of the more established pits that will stay on lockdown no matter how much Elton wants to charge.
With what they are going for, there has to be some folks looking for a warm body to share costs with. Also heard there was an opening or 2 up near Jones and also up in Eudora, AR.
