Sausage stuffed pork chop temp?

What should the internal temp of the sausage be for it to be cooked? TIA.

Since it's ground, 160 degrees is considered safe.

But it will continue to cook once taken off, especially since it's inside warm meat.

I'd say 150 would be ok, others might disagree.
