Does anyone think Dumb and Dumber To is going to be funny?

I had seen the preview before, but when I watched it last night at the theater, I just couldn't help but think, "that movie is going to suck hard".
I can't be the only one who thinks this.

Idk hard to say as I laughed at some parts but part of me felt like they summed up the movie in the trailer. The entire theatre I was was cracking up though

I'm optimistically hopeful.
But my expectations will be tempered and prepared. Most people will go into it expecting the first one and comparing the two. And those people will think this one sucks. Those who go into it expecting some decent humor and solid nostalgia from the first one will like it a lot more.
If it's a decent-to-solid comedy, I will be happy.

I'll watch it, but I don't think they should have even made a sequel. The first is one of the greatest comedies of all time so the bar is really high.
