Hell yes. One of B'ham's own... Chuck Leavell. Not many know about SL. Choice, TA.

Years ago, they opened for Jerry Jeff Walker at the Warehouse in NO. Was an odd choice for an opening act, given the headliner. They were booed off the stage. I thought they sounded great, but the crowd was pure redneck.

Pretty sure it was the Dec 30 show. But Copas Bros were replaced in the lineup by Lil Queenie and the Percolators. She was booed too, but she flipped off the audience. Gotta love a girl with grit.
