glock 35 is the long barrel(competition) 40 cal. don't think it's the best for concealed carry.

The best Glock help I can give is to buy a S&W M&P.

For now it will be open carry. I do plan on getting a concealed permit soon.

A full sized glock will probably be a bitch to conceal.

Id go with the glock 23. It's the mid sized model. Small enough to conceal, big enough to shoot comfortably.

I have a 23 and it is a breeze for IWB carry. I have big hands and it is just a little bit small but very easy to shoot. I would recommend getting a good set of night sites. I have trijicon on mine. At night I see those sites glowing in the dark on my night stand and it gives me a good peace of mind. Sleep comes easy

The 23 is the best all around, but for concealed carry I would go with the 27. One good thing about Glocks, if you buy more than one in the same caliber you can share magazines using the larger capacity magazines in the smaller pistols.

My wife had a Glock 27. Thing was just downright painful to shoot.
