Back home at parents for the weekend. They've been getting a crap ton of rain. Any place worth checking out for some fishing to pass the Saturday?

honestly, if they have been getting lots of rain I probably wouldn't waste my time....
unless you just want to get out on the water to check out some scenery, in which case I would go to one of the cypress lakes like Spring Bayou...

Don't know about the fishing, but if you need to bring somebody deer hunting in Avoyelles.....
