So it's early, who cares. I'm just planning ahead.

We'll have strips and a T-bone, pan seared, with carmelized sprouts and probably some sweet potato fries.

I have a backstrap thawing out and got a buddy coming over bearing several lbs of shrimp from Cpt. Avery's. I'm thinking shrimp creole or something of the like on account of I need to use up some maters. The tenitive menu is grilled backstrap, shrimp creole, stuffed eggplants and grilled squash. And Old Charter, of course.

So will it take a week to put the weight back on? Try to stretch it to two?

My doctor, board certified primary care & registered dietician recommended and DOES not sell the foods, said since you are losing body fat and not water weight......you can keep it off even when one adds healthy complex carbs back. I'm not eating all the over hyped plan foods.
