This is for a friend. With all the free stuff on the web, seems like somebody would offer a free PDF printer without a watermark. Recommendations? If not free, how about cheap and good. TIA

Chrome has this built in. Print to PDF and it saves to drive.

This is for printing emails from Outlook to PDF. Looks like the Chrome app is only for printing webpages. Can't find how to save an Outlook email to PDF. I'll take a look at CutePDF. Thanks...

Check out PrimoPDF and NitroPDF. Primo is the first one I found years ago, and I think Nitro bought them out or something. Both work very well.

ETA - I use it exactly like what you are needing. It shows up just like any other printer under outlook when you go to print.

CutePDF

I implemented this when our office was found to have people printing documents >100 pages and scanning them to PDF on a big fancy scanner we bought so they could be in compliance with what the institution receiving the files required. It works. I install it on all my personal machines now.

CutePDF is the only answer. Shows up just like any other printer in any program.

And free. And simple with no frills.

If I would've told you 20 years ago that people would just give this stuff away, you woulda thought I was coo-coo. Hard to believe all the stuff you can get now.

Yeah, Primo works very easy for me. Go to print and select it as your printer and voila.

I may look into CutePDF, but seems unnecessary since Primo already works.
