is there anything more annoying than a 1-2 second pause between music tracks?

Chromecast has this problem right now with Google Music 
I have so many DJ-mixed albums that 'flow' from one track into the next and the pause absolutely ruins the music.

eta just figured out i can work around this by mirroring my screen & running google play music from my phone.
advantage is i can choose a sweet-arse visualization to run on chromecast instead of the album art
audioglow is my favorite. use it in the car on the appradio2 as well

they demo'd a new version of chromecast that could not only mirror an iphone or ipad but could do it even if you weren't on the WiFi network..some kind of creepy bullshite that detects you're in the room with the chromecast and routes the screen-casting through your 3G connection.
its only a matter of time until big brother is watching us sleep from the phone on our nightstand
