Tax free weekend purchase question.

I'm hoping to buy $10000 worth of wood tomorrow but see the tax free rules state only the first $2500 is eligible. If I break this up into four purchases what's the chances I'll get it all tax free being the rules are vague.

I'll volunteer but I'm gonna need 4% of the cost.

How much wood can a buyer buy, if he buys it on a tax free day with four buyers at four places on four occasions in four lots at four times with four orders in four loads?
